Stevenson Learning Skills is an organization committed to helping students who struggle to learn basic language skills like reading, spelling, comprehension, grammar, handwriting, and more. Our methods of instruction are unconventional in many ways, but they also rely on strategies that are both time-tested and research-based. Our approach not only offers an alternative for struggling students, but also a more enjoyable option for regular students mastering basic skills.

The instructional methods are mostly embodied in books and related printed materials, but we intend to add computer-based activities as well. Training is available and valuable, but not required. Free consultation is available by phone. We are very accessible by phone and email, and we encourage teachers, parents, and school administrators alike to reach out.
